Montreal, Quebec – March 4, 2026 — NiobiumX Corp. (“NiobiumX” or the “Company”) is pleased to announce that it has expanded its land position in Quebec through the acquisition of additional mineral claims prospective for niobium mineralization.
The newly acquired claims increase the Company’s footprint within a district that hosts the Niobec Niobium Mine, one of the only primary niobium-producing operations in the world.
The acquisition further strengthens NiobiumX’s strategy of assembling a dominant land position in one of the most prospective regions globally for niobium-bearing carbonatite systems.

The additional claims cover geological structures interpreted to be associated with alkaline intrusive systems that are known to host niobium mineralization globally.
Historical exploration in the broader region has identified carbonatite-related mineralization, which the Company believes represents a compelling opportunity for modern exploration methods to unlock additional discoveries.
NiobiumX intends to conduct initial geological mapping, sampling, and geophysical surveys to prioritize targets across the expanded land package.
