The scientific and technical information relating to NiobiumX’s mineral properties contained on this website has been reviewed and approved by Bertrand Brassard, M.Sc., P.Geo., OGQ (#1067), a Qualified Person as defined under National Instrument 43-101 – Standards of Disclosure for Mineral Projects (“NI 43-101”). Mr. Brassard is the author of the NI 43-101 Technical Evaluation Report on the Shipshaw Property located in the Saguenay Region of Québec, Canada, with an effective date of February 17, 2026.  The Qualified Person has reviewed geological, geophysical, and historical exploration data relating to the property, including prior drilling and sampling programs. Historical exploration work in the area includes drilling campaigns and geophysical surveys that intersected carbonatite-related mineralization associated with niobium and rare earth elements. Readers are cautioned that historical exploration results were generated by operators unrelated to NiobiumX and, while considered relevant to ongoing exploration, have not necessarily been verified by NiobiumX and should not be relied upon as an indication of mineral resources or reserves. Mineralization identified on adjacent or nearby properties, including the Niobec niobium mine located approximately 5 km north of the property, is not necessarily indicative of mineralization that may occur on NiobiumX’s properties.
