The scientific and technical information relating to NiobiumX Mining’s mineral properties contained on this website has been reviewed and approved by Bertrand Brassard, M.Sc., P.Geo., OGQ (#1067), a Qualified Person as defined under National Instrument 43-101 – Standards of Disclosure for Mineral Projects (“NI 43-101”). Mr. Brassard is the author of the NI 43-101 Technical Evaluation Report on the Shipshaw Property located in the Saguenay Region of Québec, Canada, with an effective date of February 17, 2026.  The Qualified Person has reviewed geological, geophysical, and historical exploration data relating to the property, including prior drilling and sampling programs. Historical exploration work in the area includes drilling campaigns and geophysical surveys that intersected carbonatite-related mineralization associated with niobium and rare earth elements.
